When you’re a member, there’s no need for a gym membership, we have all of the bases covered – whether you’re a yoga enthusiast, cyclist or just interested in hitting the gym during your lunch hour.

We’re currently renovating our pilates studio and plan to launch a new, advanced pilates program soon! In the meantime, we offer a variety of fitness classes featuring our modern equipment.

One of the great things about Pilates is that it’s for everybody! We have members from the ages of 15 to 85 participating in our Pilates program as well as men and women alike! Workouts can be tailored to very specific needs and goals, whether it’s recovering from an injury, general strengthening and stretching, or even sports-specific work.

Our Pilates studio, located on the lower level of the Clubhouse, is fully equipped with top-of-the-line Peak Pilates Equipment. When new to the Pilates apparatus, it is recommended that you complete several private sessions before jumping into a group reformer class so you can get comfortable with the equipment and the trainer can place you in a class appropriate for your level. Feel free to grab a friend and make them semi-private sessions instead! Some of our members appreciate the one-on-one or semi-private training sessions long-term as the sessions can be customized to their individual needs. Others enjoy the company and camaraderie of other members in a group reformer class.

Private and semi-private sessions are booked by appointment through the Pilates professionals, as are the group reformer classes which are currently offered weekly Monday through Saturday.

Introductory Package ($135)
Choose between 3 private sessions, or 2 private sessions plus 2 group reformer classes. This is the perfect way to start for new members!

10/20/30 Challenge ($960)
One of Joseph Pilates’ most famous quotes is, “In 10 sessions, you will feel the difference. In 20 sessions, you will see the difference. In 30 sessions, you will have an entirely new body!” This 10/20/30 Challenge will motivate you to get 30 sessions in within 60 days or less, consisting of two private sessions per week plus two group reformer classes per week for approximately eight weeks.

Meet Krista Foertsch

Fitness Manager

Krista is originally from North Dakota and studied at Minnesota State University Moorhead where she obtained her degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Strength and Conditioning. She moved to Missoula, MT in 2011 where she continued to personal train, teach group fitness, and helped manage the fitness department at The PEAK Health and Wellness Center. In 2013 she moved to Fort Collins and continued her career in the health and wellness industry.

A full-body workout that involves strength, cardio, plyometrics, functional training, and fun! This class will test you to push yourself. All skill levels welcome – this is a great way to get introduced to our equipment and facilities!


A quick and fast-paced workout that flies by. This class involves 20 minutes of spinning, a 20-minute circuit including strength and cardio work, and 15–20 minutes of core exercises at the end. All skill levels welcome!


Whether you’re a novice or expert, road cyclist or mountain biker, come in and enjoy a great workout on the spin bikes. Spinning will enhance your speed, strength, and stamina, improve your overall physical health, and increase your caloric burn.


Building on the principles of Joseph Pilates, Pilates mat will focus on strengthening the core, or center of the body. The exercises are done in a classical order designed to strengthen and elongate muscles, increase flexibility, correct postural alignment, and balance the body, thus decreasing the likelihood of injury. 

Barre Pilates

This 55-minute workout integrates barre, Pilates, yoga, dance, and functional movement. Done to the beat of energizing music, this class often utilizes hand weights, small balls, resistance bands, and magic circles to sculpt, tone, and challenge participants to engage muscles to the point of fatigue.

Athletic Yoga

Powerful yoga poses intended to increase balance and joint stability combined with strength and cardiovascular training. This practice will involve minimal floor work. Flexibility will be incorporated primarily in active movements. The cooldown portion will incorporate some stretching and time to soak in all the hard work.

Gentla Yoga

Great class for beginners or anyone who is looking for a gentle practice. This class focuses on classic and restorative yoga poses with an emphasis on foundation, breath, and alignment. A wonderful way to reduce stress, increase flexibility, and find balance.

Slow Flow Vinyasa

Featuring foundational yoga postures while allowing extra time to set up proper alignment. This class will introduce students to a basic vinyasa flow sequences and allow extra time at the beginning and end of class for additional stretching and core work.

Pilates Mat with Props

Similar to the Pilates Mat class, this class will continue Joseph Pilates’ classical sequencing while incorporating the use of props. Props can include the magic circle, bands, balls, and light weights to challenge and deepen the mat workout.
