Fort Collins Country Club offers its members dining for all occasions and cuisine that appeals to all ages.
With a number of different theme nights offered throughout the week as well as monthly specials, there is always something different to choose from.

SPIKE’S PLACE/turn-window
7 Days a Week
30-min before First Tee-Time – Dusk
Named after founding member Spike Baker, Spike’s Place provides our members with a quick bite before a tee time or work out, or a great meal on the run.
Located between the Golf Shop and Tennis Building, Spike’s Place also offers a full service bar alongside its all-day menu.
POOLSIDE CAFE
Open Memorial Day through Labor Day, the Poolside Café serves breakfast and all-day dining options to families enjoy a hot summer day by the pool. Favorites include burgers, salads, and frozen treats. For the adults, there is also a full-service bar available on the pool deck.

Whitaker’s restaurant features monthly nights out paired with Chef specials like Lobster Night and Country Club Classics.

Join us for one of our wine tasting events, typically featuring exclusive wines from our partners and paired with thoughtful small plates by Chef and his team.
