Jeff Ulvedal, PGA
Interim Head Golf Professional
Serving Since: 2025
I’m excited to introduce myself to the FCCC community! As a proud Colorado native with deep family ties to the game, golf has been a lifelong passion. My journey started young, inspired by my grandfather—a Golf Professional in Montana during the 1920s and ’30s. One of his most memorable students? Chief Two Guns White Calf, whose likeness graces the iconic Buffalo Head nickel.
My professional path began in the mid-1990s at Sedona Golf Resort, and since then, I’ve been fortunate to teach and lead at premier clubs in both Colorado and Arizona—including Forest Highlands, Blackstone, Heritage Eagle Bend, and Ptarmigan Country Club. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve shaped a coaching philosophy that blends time-honored fundamentals with modern technique, always putting the student first.
As a player, I’ve competed on the Pepsi Tour, various mini tours, and in several State Opens. I was honored to participate in the BMW International Cup from 2014 to 2019. My favorite golf memory? Playing Royal Troon with my brother, and enjoying rounds with four generations of my family—including my grandfather, mother, son, and daughter.
I’ve had the privilege of working alongside PGA and LPGA Tour professionals and mentoring college athletes across all levels—from Division I to NAIA. One highlight was helping launch one of Colorado’s first PGA Junior League programs. I also enjoyed volunteering with Special Olympics Golf, and I’m proud to have earned my PGA Class A membership in under two years—something I view as a reflection of my commitment to the game and to my students.
When I’m not on the course, you’ll likely find me exploring Colorado’s outdoors with my family.
Whether you’re just getting started or looking to sharpen your competitive edge, I’m here to support your goals with personalized, results-driven coaching. I look forward to meeting each of you—on the tee, on the range, or simply around the club.
