Grounds Management Team Member

Overview:

Fort Collins Country Club is an 18-hole private country club in Northern Colorado. Located in Fort Collins, CO, this club features tree-lined fairways, mountain views, and a family-friendly atmosphere. The course has hosted several US AM qualifiers, collegiate events, drive, chip, and putt qualifiers and pro-ams. As part of the staff, you are responsible for creating an environment that makes Fort Collins Country Club, feel like home to all our members and guests while they are on the property.

The Fort Collins Country Club is hiring a grounds crew to provide our members and guests with a high-end golf experience. We offer individuals the opportunity to work with a highly motivated management team that ensures a safe, team-oriented, enjoyable work environment. Positions are available for full-time seasonal and part-time.

We are looking to bring staff on April 1st or when mother nature allows. Schedules are available for students while still in class.

Under direct Supervision of the Grounds Management Team he or she will be responsible for:

• • • Maintaining bunkers
    • Operating small power tools including blowers, trimmers and edgers
    • Walk mowing greens
    • Walk mowing green surrounds
    • Mowing tees
    • Pulling weeds and other jobs associated with landscaped areas
    • Various shoveling and raking projects
    • Repairing and filling divots
    • Ability to safely operate motorized equipment

Grounds crew will be required to:

• • • Work outside in all weather conditions
    • Walk or stand for extended periods of time
    • Work with other team members in a professional manner
    • Lift a minimum of 50lbs.
    • Work extended hours, including weekend and holiday shifts

Pay: 

1. 1. • $15 to $17 per hour
