Slow Flow Vinyasa: Featuring foundational yoga postures while allowing extra time to set up proper alignment. This class will introduce students to a basic vinyasa flow sequences and allow extra time at the beginning and end of class for additional stretching and core work.
- Please register for classes on Mindbody as there are a limited number of spots available. Walk-ins are welcome given there is space.
