Come learn the very basics of Pilates mat work. This workshop will focus on learning the proper technique of each exercise right from the start! If you’ve never tried Pilates mat before this will be a great introduction to the work. Or if you’ve been practicing it for a while but would love to go back to the basics to fine tune your technique this workshop is also for you! Simple props like bands, balls, and resistance rings will be used to help engage your core correctly and safely. Come ready to be strengthened and stretched! And of course, come ready to have some fun! Light refreshments will be served following the workshop.
