An event every week that begins at 12:00 am on Thursday, repeating until September 30, 2019

Place your order by calling the main office by noon on Thursday – 970.482.1336, then pick up hot-off-the-smoker at 5 pm Saturday, or cooled and pre-packed for later pickup.

  • Pulled Pork, $11/lb.
  • Beef Brisket, $14/lb.
  • Baby Back Ribs, $14/rack
  • Cajun-Smoked Turkey Breast, $12/lb
  • (Each rack or lb. will feed 3-4 people)
