Brenda is a Colorado native. One of Brenda’s fondest memories as a junior is playing with her father at Berkeley Park in Denver. “Learning the game of tennis in an ethnically diverse environment made me a better player and person and I cherish everyone I met there. Life lessons that I learned in that environment have benefitted me tremendously. I learned how fight hard for matches, have patience, mental toughness and most of all have fun while playing a sport.”
