Part-Time Accounts Payable Representative

Overview: Fort Collins Country club is an 18-hole private country club in Northern Colorado. Located in Fort Collins, CO, this club features tree-lined fairways, mountain views, and a family-friendly atmosphere. The course has hosted several US AM qualifiers, collegiate events, drive, chip, and putt qualifiers and pro-ams. As part of the staff, you are responsible for creating an environment that makes Fort Collins Country Club, feel like home to all our members and guests while they are on the property.

Position Summary: Ensure all accounts payable data is collected and processed in a timely manner. The Accounts Payable Representative is responsible for all invoices and credits are accurate and posted correctly to the general ledger. This position reports directly to the Controller.

Skills & Knowledge:

– We are looking for a fun, caring person with a great work ethic to join the team.

– Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

– Basic knowledge of accounts payable, general ledger & accounting practices

– Experience with QuickBooks not required but preferred
