Chef John Percarpio is a Culinary Institute of America alumnus and has spent the last 25 years working in restaurants, hotels and country clubs. His career has taken him from The Little Nell Hotel in Aspen, Colorado to Palais Lenbach in Munich, Germany.
Chef Percarpio earned the title of Certified Executive Chef, Level 1 Sommelier and Certified ServSafe Instructor/Proctor. Chef Percarpio was the Executive Chef of The Ranch Country Club in Westminster for six years before being recruited to teach Culinary Arts at the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder, Colorado.
John has a loving wife and three beautiful children in Longmont and is an avid outdoorsman.
