Brooke is a Colorado native who grew up in Greeley, Colorado. She attended UNC and Front Range Community College where she pursued a degree in Hospitality Management & Culinary Arts.

Brooke brings 18 years of experience in the food & beverage industry to the Fort Collins Country Club, 14 of which are specific to the country club business. She started her career at the Pelican Lakes Country Club in 2000 where she fell in love with the industry from the relationships she was able to build with the members. She spent six years there before moving on to Ptarmigan Country Club for another six years, and then spent two years at Eton Golf Club. Throughout her career, she has helped plan and execute hundreds of successful events, and managed multiple outlets including restaurants, beverage carts, pool houses, and bars.

Brooke joined the Fort Collins Country Club team in July of 2016 as an Assistant Manager. In October of 2016 she was given the opportunity to become the Interim Food & Beverage Manager and has since become the official Food & Beverage Manager, working tirelessly to provide the perfect dining experience to fit all members’ needs.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family on all sorts of adventures. She has a daughter named Sydnie and a wonderful and supportive husband, Casey.
